Mason's friend, Garrett Torrance moved to Greenwood from Alaska last January. His father remains stationed with the military in Alaska. His Mother Jill is 29. She found lumps in her breast before Christmas and saw her doctor. She went Monday and they said it is Cancer. She will have the lump removed on Tues 1-6. Her husband Les in home on leave, but is scheduled to leave on Saturday 1-3. Please pray for healing and an extended leave for her husband. She is in really great spirits. She is strong...I would be a basket case! They have been attending FBC for some time. Jill's mother recently joined. Nancy works in KidMO. Jill has three boys..Garrett 8, Spencer 6 and Cameron 4.
My mother, Sherri, is also having a procedure in Fayetteville to determine the plan of action for her back. She is also scheduled for 1-6. It is a Myligram (SP?). It involves dye throughout her entire body with lots of CT scans. She will probebly have to stay overnight. Please pray for protection and answers to her pain.
